Booking Procedures
To book your tee-off time, call the ProShop at (613) 839 - 5885. If the line is busy, your call will be answered in priority sequence. On-line booking is also available to you. An initial set up of an account is required along with a credit card.
Tee-off times can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
You require a valid credit card in order to proceed with your booking for Fridays-Sunday and Holidays.
Cancellations are permitted Monday - Thursday by calling the ProShop at (613) 839 - 5885.
Fridays - Sundays and Holidays - Cancellations are not permitted 48 hours prior to your tee time, however, up to that point cancelling is permitted by calling our ProShop at (613) 839 - 5885.
Your credit card will not be charged at the time of this booking, howsoever, your credit card will be responsible to cover the difference, less one greenfee, between your booked number of players and the actual number of players at your starting time.
On the day of play, anyone may pay any part of your commitment and may do so via any one of our accepted methods of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit, cash, raincheques or prepaid greenfees.
