Just a brief note to tell you why Loch March is my favorite.

I have had the pleasure of playing golf all over the world, with the exception of India and Asia.  Loch March is the only public course that makes you feel like you're at an exclusive resort with private high price fees.

The staff are always professional, accommodating and friendly.  The course is in immaculate condition.  The layout is challenging and beautifully spectacular.  The whole experience is incomparable.  No wonder I think nothing about driving
4 1/2 hours, just to play golf.  It's always worth it. 

I feel at home as soon as I drive in the Loch March facilities.

Sadly, it looks like the golf season is coming to a close.

Carolyn and I have really enjoyed our summer at Loch March.  Loch March is probably the most scenic course in the Ottawa area.  The resident deer and turkeys, etc., only add to the course's natural beauty.  Sid and his dedicated crew have kept the course in magnificent shape all season and they deserve to be commended.

Accolates are also richly deserved by the many staff members who really give their all to make the golfing experience at Loch March a truly "great day".

For us, this begins with the warm and friendly welcome from girls on the shuttle, at the bag drop and in the pro shop.  Over the course of the summer we came to know all of these girls very well and looked forward to each visit to Loch March because of them.

An important part of the golfing experience for us is always the apres golf.  Here, too, Loch March exceeds in customer service.

It's the important little things and attention to detail that these young ladies absolutely excel at.  Like always remembering the names and preferences of our guests, remembering to put Heineken in the beverage cart and always having a little time to chat.  The genuine and thoughtful consideration they extended to us and our friends made each and every visit a memorable experience.

As October comes to a close, I am writing this short note to inform you of the very positive feedback I received concerning the 50^th wedding reception for my parents on the evening of October 6^th. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of the surroundings at Loch March as well as the excellent service provided by the staff.

I would particularly like to thank you for your assistance and patience in planning the event and for your thorough and professional management of the arrangements during the evening. A quick note to thank you and your staff for the fabulous wedding reception. People are still raving about the great food and how beautiful the setting was. Your staff made everyone feel welcome. If I had to do it all over, every detail of the reception would stay the same.

One week ago, Saturday August 26 our daughter Kim and her husband Chris enjoyed their wedding day reception at Loch March. It was a very enjoyable event for all involved and the setting and service could not have been better.

We are especially appreciative of the professional and considerate manner in which Vic and his staff supported the event from the preparations through to the clean up the next day. No detail was missed and everyone had a great time.

Since Chris is a native of Minnesota there were a large number of friends and family from south of the border and they all remarked on the wedding being a fun and memorable event.

In the end, as parents of the bride, we could not have asked for more on the day and would like to sincerely thank the staff at Loch March for a very significant contribution to the positive feelings everyone has been left with.

On Saturday, October 11^th my son held his wedding reception at Loch March. I would like to thank Vic and his staff on a job well done. Please pass my compliments along to the staff. Their service was truly excellent.

The two girls who appeared at the photo shoot with trays of cheese and vegetables looked like a couple of angels who were heaven sent. What a thoughtful gesture! Thank you too to the kitchen for preparing a delicious Thanksgiving dinner.

All in all, it was truly a perfect day. Thanks in a large part to Loch March. I will certainly recommend this club every chance I get.
