Danielle Nadon

PGA of Canada

Danielle has been a member of the PGA of Canada for the over 35 years, and a past president of the Ottawa chapter. She was a student of the legendary golf professional George Knudson and started her career at the Outaouais Golf club. Danielle also worked at the Rivermead golf Club for 8 years. In 1987, she became the Head Golf Professional at the Loch March Golf & Country - the first francophone woman to do so in Canada. In 2010, she decided to return to Loch March. Danielle has been a member of the Canadian Professional Golfers Association for the past 35 years, and a Past President of the Ottawa PGA chapter. She was a student of the legendary golf professional George Knudson and started her career at the Outaouais Golf Club. Danielle also worked at the Rivermead Golf Club for 8 years.

In 1987, she became the Head Golf Professional at the Loch March Golf & Country, the first francophone woman to do so in Canada. In 2010, she decided to return to Loch March.

Danielle was the co-chair of the CN Canadian Women's Open in 2008. She had previously been involved with the du Maurier Golf Classics events for many years –  a former major LPGA championship – both as a player and volunteer. She acted as the master of ceremony for the final year of the du Maurier Classic at the Royal Ottawa Golf Club in 2000.

Danielle has been involved in a wide range of charity events, having worked - among other - with Peter Gzowski on the Literacy Golf Tournament for 10 years, travelling from one coast of Canada to the other. She has been a committee member for both the Women Tee it Up for Y Kids (since 2002) and the Jeanne Fuller Red Dress tournament that benefits the Ottawa Heart Institute.

 

Dan Houle

Since 2010, Dan has worked with hundreds of golfers in the Ottawa-Gatineau region, raising awareness to importance of fitness and healthy swing mechanics for more enjoyment in golf and reducing the risk of injury.

Dan designs individualised and integrated movement training, fitness and swing coaching programs for golfers, geared toward great enjoyment of golf and injury prevention.

Dan has trained in Oceanside, California, and Orlando, Florida, with TPI founders: Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Philips. he has also been attending World Golf Fitness Summits (WGFS) in the US since 2010.
